These terms and conditions apply to all bookings made through La Vallee Adventure Park Mauritius for activities at La Vallée des Couleurs Nature Park, Chamouny, Mauritius.

1. Booking agent role

La Vallee Adventure Park Mauritius acts as an independent booking agent and reseller. We arrange your activity reservation with the authorised operators at La Vallée des Couleurs. The final activity is provided by the park or its licensed activity partners.

2. Payments

Prices quoted are indicative and may vary by season, group size and availability. Most bookings can be paid on arrival at the park. Secure payment links can be arranged via WhatsApp on request.

3. Cancellations and changes

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled activity time. Last-minute changes are subject to availability and should be requested by WhatsApp.

4. Safety and eligibility

Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by the activity guides. Age, weight and health restrictions apply to zipline, Nepalese bridge and quad biking. Pregnant guests and people with certain medical conditions may not be permitted on some activities.

5. Liability

La Vallee Adventure Park Mauritius is not liable for injuries, losses or delays caused by the activity operator, weather, park closures, or participant non-compliance with safety rules. Activity operators carry their own insurance.
