Yes. The Nepalese bridge at La Vallée des Couleurs is built to high safety standards, regularly inspected and supervised by trained Vallé Park guides. Harnesses and briefing are provided before crossing.

Wear comfortable outdoor clothing, closed-toe shoes and sunglasses. Helmets are provided by Vallé Park. Bring sunscreen and insect repellent. Expect dust or mud on the trails.

Many activities welcome children with age and height restrictions. The zipline and Nepalese bridge have minimum age/weight limits, while quad biking usually requires a minimum age to ride as a passenger. Ask us on WhatsApp for current Vallé Park rules.

Vallé Park admission is set at Rs 550 per adult (12+), Rs 325 for children 6–11, and free for children 1–5. Adventure packages start from Rs 1,375. Prices are fixed by Vallé Park and may be updated each season.

La Vallée des Couleurs is in Chamouny, Savanne District, about 45–60 minutes from most resort areas. We can arrange transfers from your hotel on request — just ask when you book on WhatsApp.

We offer flexible payment. Most bookings can be paid on arrival at Vallé Park. Secure payment links can also be arranged via WhatsApp if you prefer to prepay.

The Signature Zipline at La Vallée des Couleurs is approximately 1.5 km and is the longest zipline in Mauritius, offering views of waterfalls, forests and the 23-coloured earth.

Bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled visit. Last-minute changes can be discussed via WhatsApp.

Bring photo ID, sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, a change of clothes if you plan water activities, and a camera or phone for the panoramic viewpoints.

Yes. We can add hotel pickup and drop-off to any package on request. Let us know your hotel name or location when you message us on WhatsApp.

Yes. Vallé Park’s Kids Park includes a Pirate Ship, Bonding Roller Coaster Zipline, Roller Coaster Express, outdoor playground, Mini Quad and Mini Excavator. Activities are designed for younger visitors with age-appropriate supervision.

Yes. We offer Private Expeditions with your own guide and vehicle, as well as a visit to The Peak — the highest viewpoint in the southern mountains. Ask us on WhatsApp for a tailored itinerary.

Yes. Vallé Park has La Citronnelle, a lakeside Mauritian-Indian fusion restaurant, and Le Chamouzé, a waterfall-side dining spot. We can add lunch or dinner to any package.
